1.BOARD MEETING

Date: 10.02.2019
Venue: NIMS Academy
Time: 10.00 am
Description: This was the first Jcrt board meeting.Our LOM president Sen.Prof.Nirmala Parameshwaran also took part in the meeting.
The past Jcrt chairperson handed over the collar and the Jcrt flex to the Jcrt chairperson and team.
Discussed about future programmes and ended up with a small get together.

2.CELEBRATED THE BIRTHDAY OF THE PRESIDENT AND WEDDING ANNIVERSARY OF TWO JCRT MEMBERS

Description: The LOM presidents birthday was celebrated along with the wedding anniversary of Jcrt couples Sujatha Manoj and Manoj Kunnath and Jcrt Bijini Ranjith and Ranjith by cutting a sweet and delicious cake.

3.VALENTINES DAY CELEBRATION

Date: 14.02.2019
Description: We Jcrts conducted a small program related to valentines day. We expressed our love by posting some literary works on the Jcrt group in the form of poems,quotes,messages and letters. All the members took part and had a fun blast. The program director was Jcrt Aswani Roy.

4.EPS (EFFECTIVE PUBLIC SPEAKING)

Venue: NIMS Academy
Time: 10.30 am
Trainer: Sen.Prof.Nirmala Parameshwaran
Description: The trainer conducted a wonderful class. It was a very interactive class. All the participants introduced themselves in a variety of way. JJ and JCI members also took part. It was a 2 hours class. The program director was Jcrt Geethu Allan.

ACTIVITIES OF JCI ARAYANKAVU - February 2019 .

In our Family GB ,we have conducted 4 JCRT.Programs.

The Programs were based on the theme "I LOVE MY FAMILY"

1. Duet song by couples.

With the effective participation of the couples, we conveyed the message.we enjoyed.

2. Know your partner

A questionnaire was given to the couples.They had to fill the details of their partner.
Actually they had been given an opportunity to fill the details.when it was filled they have to give it back to their partner,vice versa. Each question given was based on one area. as a whole it covered 15 aspects in family Life which we usually do not give importance.
Its aim was to know that whether they know each other in every aspect of life. To strengthen their bonding.To think if they understand each other.

3 .Painting competition for JJ's

Here JJs were given an oppurtunity to exhibit their creativity through painting and show their talent.Each one of them present utilised this oppurtunity and did the work in their best way.

4. JCRT wing Dumsherads

Here the couples were given an oppurtunity to express themselves through expression. The aim was to develop their communication without saying anything.It was very interesting,as we were able to identify the actors & actress in us.

This theme helped in developing the skills of our members along with strengthening the bonding in their family along with Our Lom Family.

a. INTEGRITY DAY

Date : 2^nd FEBRUARY 2019

Venue : SANTHWANAM ORPHANAGE, KALAMASSERY

Brief description about the event:

Jayceerette Wing of JCI Edappally conducted Integrity day oath on 2^nd February 2019 at Santhwanam orphanage Kalamassery. 35 inmates from the orphanage took the oath. Jayceerette Chairperson Jc Rekha Sujil took the oath for the children.

b. REGIONAL CABINET OF JAYCEERETTE WING OF ERNAKULAM AREA

Jayceerette Chairperson of JCI Edappally Jc Rekha Sujil participated in the regional cabinet held at Gymkhana Club Vyttila on 19^th February 2019 and actively took part in the discussions.

c. PROJECT – I LOVE MY FAMILY

Jayceerette Wing of JCI Edappally celebrated the national program I LOVE MY FAMILY in connection with Valentine’s Day on 21 February 2019. Various fun games, Interactive sessions were conducted during the event. Experiences of love married and arranged married couples were shared. The program was concluded by honoring ten Jaycee couples of the LOM.

d. PADHEYAM PROJECT – PROVIDING FOOD FROM JAYCEERETTE KITCHEN FOR NEEDY PEOPLE

Brief description about the event:

The monthly project of JCI Edappally, PADHEYAM providing food from Jayceerette Kitchen for needy people was conducted on 22nd February 2019 at AMMA VEEDU OLD AGE HOME, Kangarappady.
