JCI Trichur team attended JWALA-JJ Jcrt Conference 2018, hosted by JCI Edappilly, on 5th August, at Naipunnya Public School,Cochin. Our Jcrts performed Thiruvathira in a really nice way. Even though we didn't get any prize, we enjoyed the quality time spent together, on the preparations days and also on the performance day.

4, 'ഓണത്തിന് ഒരു മുറം പച്ചക്കറി'

JCI TRICHUR Jcrt Wing(ZONE XX) conducted 'ഓണത്തിന് ഒരു മുറം പച്ചക്കറി' in June,July,August and by the time of Onam in August, we were able to grow some vegetables for personal use.

5, FLOOD RELIEF WORKS DONE BY JCRTS

Description of the programme:

As part of JCI Trichur Jcrt wing Signature Project- 'POTHICHORU',we used to make home made pothis and used to distribute it at ACTS- Thrissur, every month.. But because of flood in Kerala, we concentrated more on flood relief works this month.. Our Jcrts actively participated in the same by contributing money, materials and by personal service,to the flood affected people, from 16th to 30th August 2018.. Our team did their level best to actively involve in relief works, in association with various local authorities in and around Thrissur.. Also around 3 lakh worth materials distributed to the flood affected needy ones..

JCI TRICHUR Jcrt Wing did preparations and rehearsals for Thiruvathira from 10th July till JWALA day.. Special appreciation to JC Smitha Murali for coordinating and motivating everyone for the same. Hearty thanks to Jcrt Snigdha Haridas for being such a nice host for practice sessions and to her sister Dhanya for teaching us Thiruvathira in a very professional way.. More than practice, we enjoyed the quality time spent together a lot and that created special bonding between us..

JCI TRICHUR Jcrt Wing(ZONE XX) conducted 'ഓണത്തിന് ഒരു മുറം പച്ചക്കറി'.The programme conducted at Jcrt wing Chairperson- JC Vinitha Sajith's home on 9-6-2018..We had a healthy discussion regarding how to grow vegetables in houses and also in less space areas like flats.We also distributed Vegetable seeds, Seedling trays and Grow bags to interested Jcrts.. Thanks to ZD Jcrt wing JC Tina Ma'am for this very useful and healthy theme.

President recognised teachers- Our proud members - Jcrt Jain and JC Lakshmi for their sincere service and other students as well, who achieved good marks.. And that's really a great motivation for all the inmates there, to perform better in the coming years..We also distributed some umbrellas to the needy ones there..

We discussed the upcoming projects of Jcrt wing and spent some quality time together..The banana sapling presented by Zone Director Jcrt wing JC Tina Maneek was really a pleasant surprise for all of us and such a nice gesture from her side..

As part of another Signature programme of JCI Trichur Jcrt wing- KAITHOZHY(കൈത്തോഴി) -which we used to do every month(Classes for the higher STD students of Sevasadhan Girls Home,Tcr), Motivation class taken on 6-3-2018, by our Past Chairperson Jcrt Jain Varghese, for the students, before their SSLC exam begun..We blessed them and gave pens as a small gift and as an encouragement for the students there, who were going to write SSLC exams ..Really nice gesture and great dedication by our PD Jc Lakshmi Ajaykumar and Past CP Jcrt Jain Varghese..Also to motivate the students there,our President JC HGF Sajith Paul offered a gold coin,for a student who get highest mark in the SSLC exam..

3,WOMEN'S DAY CELEBRATION & DHANYAWAD Season2

JCI TRICHUR Jcrt Wing celebrated Women's day in association with Vimala College,Thrissur on 13-3-2018.Chief Guest- Principal Vimala College,Inaugurated the programme..Jcrt Chairperson of JCI Trichur JC Vinitha Sajith chaired the programme and addressed the gathering..JCI India Zone XX officials- ZP Adv Rekhesh Sharma, ZD Jcrt Wing JC Tina Maneek and National Trainer JC Smitha  Harish graced the occasion and addressed the gathering.. In the same occassion,JCI Trichur Jcrt Wing recognised 9 Lady Silent Workers with Mementos,Ponnadas and gifts,as part of  DHANYAWAD 2018-Salute the Silent Workers programme..It was really a touching moment for all of us, to see the tears of joy and gratitude, in the eyes of, some of those innocent ladies,who got recognised for their sincere silent contribution to the society..

Description of the programme:

As part of JCI TRICHUR JCRT Wing Signature Project KAITHOZHY(കൈത്തോഴി- which we used to do every month), our Past Chairperson Jcrt Jain Varghese and Programme Director JC Lakshmi Ajaykumar had been taking class at Sevasdhan Girls home continuously, from the day when SSLC exam started(From 7-3-2018 onwards).. They covered almost all subjects for the students there, who are writing SSLC exam.. Most of the days they took class 3 hours and full day(10.30Am-6.30Pm)class in holidays..Some of the girls were really emotional in the last class, thinking that their classes with their beloved teachers ending.. They even expressed their feelings to them, took selfies and autograph of our teachers,which shows they were not only just teachers , but something more than that,for them..No more words to describe both the member's dedication and sincere love for the needy students of our society..
