The JCRT wing of Idukki Green city conducted the 'vanayathra' Aaranyakam'..on 24th January.About 35 members participated in the adventurous trip to Kaithappara a part of Idukki Nagarampara Reserve forest.It ia a dense forest with wild elehanta crossing the ghat paths frequently.
We also cleaned the entrance area of the forest,off plastic waste and colleced them for proper disposal.
Beat Forest Officer,N Jayachandran flagged off the trip.He has given us a lecture on wild life preservation and the particular features of this forest.
The program was very interesting and useful to us especially the children could have a first hand information f the forest, wild life and of Tribal Colonies.The message of helping the poor, touched their hearts.Thank You JC , thanks Jcrt chair person for giving us this opportunity.
