Description of the programme:

As part of JCI Trichur Jcrt wing Signature project 'POTHICHORU'( which we used to conduct every month) , 91 home made food packets, collected from our members, distributed to the needy ones, at ACTS(Accident Care & Transport Service),Thrissur on 9-1-2018..Which was very well coordinated  by our POTHICHORU PD 2018 Jcrt Anuja Bobby and great support by POTHICHORU PD 2017/Jcrt wing Secretary 2018 Jc Smitha Murali.. Also great efforts by all our members who contributed so many food packets..

2, HUMMING BIRDS - Jcrts Academy

Description of the programme:

JCI Trichur Jcrt wing attended Zone programme, 'Humming birds'- Jcrt Academy, hosted by JCI Tripunitura, at Royal Residency, Kakkanadu, on 14-1-2018.. The class taken by IPZP Jc Harish Sir and Jc Shibu Sir was really informative and motivating..Thanks to ZP - Adv CR Rekhesh Sharma Sir, ZD Jcrt wing - Jc Tina Maneek Ma'am and the whole team behind, for this great opportunity..

3, KAITHOZHY

Venue - Sevasadhan Girls Home,Tcr.

Description of the Programme:

As part of Jci Trichur Jcrt wing Signature project 'KAITHOZHY', Biology and English class taken for the higher standard students of Sevasadhan Girls home-Tcr..Welldone Past Chairperson Jcrt Jain Varghese and Programme Director Jc Lakshmi Ajaykumar for conducting the classes regularly.. In the beginning Jcrt Jain was taking Biology class only and students started getting more marks in that subject, in their school tests.. After that, when we realised that they are very poor in English also, our PD Jc Lakshmi Ajaykumar started taking English class for the weak students there..JCI Trichur is really proud of both of them and appreciate their sincere efforts..

4,AARANYAKAM - Vanayathra for Jcrts

Description of the programme:

Jci Trichur Jcrts attended Zone programme-'Aaranyakam'-Vanayathra for Jcrts, in connection with ZPs flagship programme-'Prakruthi2018', at Thattekkadu on 21-1-2018..Travelling through thick forest was really a different experience.. We removed plastic wastes from the forest and sowed seeds of trees in the forest..  The class about protecting mother nature was really an eye opener..We also donated few saplings to 'Snehalayam'-an old age home there.. Thanks to ZP - Adv CR Rekhesh Sharma Sir, ZD Jcrt wing - Jc Tina Maneek Ma'am and the whole team behind, for this rare opportunity..

 
 5, JCI Trichur Star of the month  December(Among ladies)

Jc Sariga Sreenath selected as Star of the month among ladies, for her excellent performance, in Jcrts fund raising exhibition and other Jcrts activities, during the month of December.. Jcrt Chairperson Jc Vinitha Sajith recognized her with JCI star pin, during the Out station family GB held at 'FORREST' Villa - Athirappilly on 26-1-2018..
